BLACK PEPPER

Description
Black Pepper is a flowering vine in the family piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. The fouirt “peppercom” when dried is about 5 millimeters (0.20) in diameter, dark red when fully mature and like drupes contains a single seed. Powdered pepper is derived from grinding peppercorns and India is the second largest producer after vietham.
